Terms of use

GameBeez Foosball (foosball.gamebeez.in) is run by YEVIS Private Limited, Chennai, India ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Give your real name and a working email. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

Clubs, matches and scores

Players and club organisers are responsible for their profiles, club pages and the matches they fix. Scores are entered by the players and umpires at the table; we do not check them. We may correct, hide or remove scores, matches, clubs or photos that are false, abusive or reported to us.

Photos and content

Only upload photos you have the right to share, of people who are happy to be shown. No offensive, sexual, hateful or illegal content. You give us permission to show what you post on the site and in GameBeez promotions.

Fees

The platform is free for now. If we add a fee per match or paid features, the price (with GST) will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated.

Matches are your responsibility

GameBeez only helps players and clubs find each other and keep score. We do not organise, supervise or insure matches, and are not responsible for injuries, disputes, court bookings, payments between players or clubs, or prizes.

Advertising

The site shows advertisements, marked "Ad". We are not responsible for advertisers' products or offers.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts or clubs that break these terms.
